What Happens After You Request a Quote
No mystery, no sales pressure. Here's the whole path:
- You fill in the short form below: a few questions about your home so we're not starting from scratch.
- We follow up personally: a real reply from our team, not an auto-responder dead end.
- We send you a short home-assessment form (about 10 minutes). It covers the details we'd otherwise need a site visit for, your heating setup, solar, hot water, and what you're hoping to change.
- You get a clear answer: whether Thermal Dawn suits your home, a fixed installed quote, and what installation would look like. No obligation until you approve it.
Ready to go a step further now? You can reserve your place in the install queue with a fully refundable $190 deposit, but there's no need to, this form is enough to get the conversation started.
Handy to Have, but Not Required
Fill in the form either way. These are just the things we end up asking almost everyone for, so if they're easy to grab now it saves a round of emails later:
- Your radiator sizes, width and height of each panel. A rough list is plenty; it's what we size the system from.
- A photo of your boiler's label, the sticker with the make and model on it. Tells us more than a paragraph of description.
- A photo of your switchboard, doors open. Answers the single-phase or three-phase question in one look.
- A photo of the outdoor space where you think the unit might go, so we can check clearances before anyone visits.
Add anything you have to the comments box at the end of the form, or reply to our first email with the photos. Nothing here is a prerequisite, we'll ask if we need it.
